Claudia Glover is a staff reporter on Tech Monitor. Previously the co-founder and producer of a London-based theatre company, Claudia joined Tech Monitor after finishing her MA in journalism at Goldsmiths, University of London. Claudia has a long-standing interest in public policy and technology.

Cristina Lago is associate editor of Tech Monitor. She joins New Statesman Media Group from IDG, where she was online editor of the ASEAN, Middle East and Africa editions of CIO.com before becoming editor of CIO UK. Prior to her career in journalism, Cristina held varied roles in the charity and private sectors.

Karen set up KWA in 2001 to help organisations, teams and individuals realise their potential through insight. 200 clients, 30 countries and 5 continents later 95% have asked them back. Prior to KWA Karen ran the OD division for Europe in Hay McBer, was in Change Management for Accenture and a graduate trainee in Ford Motor Company. Clients range from Anglo American, the British Council, Virgin and Change, Grow live, a national addiction charity. Her love is leadership, purpose led transformation and personal development. A love of wine, dogs and family take up the rest of her time.

Glen Ridgeway:

Glen is an expert in the creation, development and delivery of positive mental health strategies within the workplace, having developed the ground-breaking and award-winning mental health matters strategy for Jacobs. It was also recognised internationally at the Environmental Business Journal Awards in San Diego.

Glen is the Founder of Ridgway Workplace Mental Health, working with a small to large organisations on positive mental health strategies. They work with organisations on a global scale, providing a tailored, face to face service that approaches mental health in the workplace in a different, accessible and positive way. Their strategies focus on positive mental health by creating an open, supportive and positive culture, where all employees can thrive. Their aim is to provide you with the strategies and support to enable you to create a mentally healthy environment by empowering leaders at every level of your organisation.
