Our Staff

Our small, dedicated and highly skilled office team consists of two permanent, part-time members of staff. Both Tree and Claire have extensive charity and NFP experience.

They are supported by a committed and diverse volunteer trustee group, all of whom are senior IT professionals, and bring an extensive skillset to their roles.

Tree Hall

CEO

Following a highly successful 16 year career as a fundraiser and marketeer in the voluntary sector, working for organisations including Action for Children, Asthma UK and CAF, Tree changed focus when her children were born, and developed her own business as a self-employed childminder, combining this home-based administrative roles. When her children started school, Tree began working with a technology consultancy that specialised in working with the NFP sector.

Tree joined Charity IT Leaders in March 2019 as Business Manager and was appointed as their first CEO in May 2020. Tree has focused on improving member engagement, delivering long-term, sustainable partnerships with sponsors and third parties, developing the brand and increasing external engagement and networks.

Now more than ever our community, our shared knowledge and expertise and our combined voices are needed to enable our sector to survive and thrive as we work through the ongoing impact of the last year, to deliver an even bigger impact for our members across the sector.
