As our Business Change Manager, you’ll be responsible for the analysis, design and delivery of change management and adoption strategies for technology initiatives at the British Heart Foundation (BHF). You’ll analyse, create and implement change management plans that are tailored to the needs of projects and programmes, enabling the successful transition of those impacted to new ways of working and technology. Applying business change and adoption expertise to drive the utilisation of new technology and enable a positive experience of change for BHF staff, you’ll also ensure that business objectives and benefits are achieved.

The Treasurer is an essential part of our Trustee Board, with responsibility for the financial oversight of the charity. Working closely with other members of the Board and the CEO, the Treasurer helps to safeguard the organisation’s finances and support the ongoing growth and development of the charity. We are looking for someone with the skills, energy and enthusiasm to commit to this vital role. Previous Board experience is not necessary, but we are particularly keen to hear from individuals with experience in financial management.
