Working From Home

Working from home might feel easy for those of us who do it regularly, but this is not business as usual. We don’t normally work with children at home, or with a partner also sharing the deskspace. It’s important to think about a flexible approach to homeworking that enables you to get the job done, but also be there for children and others who are in your workspace.

Be prepared to experience issues with broadband and connectivity as home networks take the strain of a massively increased load. Be flexible and adaptable as much as possible. Remember to take breaks, drink water, go to the loo and accept that productivity will not be as high as usual.
