Anne Bienia, senior strategy manager and change lead, technology at Cancer Research UK will kick off the seminar sharing her experience of putting technology at the heart of the organisation's strategy. 

Lara Burns, chief digital and technology officer at Age UK will share what attributes she looks for and values most in her team and explore what kind of organisational culture best supports transformation and growth, as well as the role of charity digital leaders in helping to lay the foundations for change.

To close the event there will be a panel discussion on 'What happens when digital ambitions conflict with traditional objectives?'
